General Crimes

The total number of federal and state crimes is enormous.  Indeed, those who have attempted to determine the total number of federal offenses on the books have been unable to do so.  Federal criminal statutes are spread over 50 titles and 23,000 pages in the United States Code.  In addition, there are tens of thousands of federal regulations which criminalize certain conduct.  As one law professor noted, “There is no one in the United States over the age of 18 who cannot be indicted for some federal crime.”

In Arizona, there are also a multitude of criminal offenses, which include felonies, misdemeanors and traffic-related violations.  The list of general crimes provided here is only illustrative of the kinds of matters in which our firm has represented our clients with competence and dedication.
